More details about Disney’s Moana

Walt Disney Animation Studios revealed plans today for Moana, a sweeping, CG-animated comedy-adventure about a spirited teenager on an impossible mission to fulfill her ancestors’ quest. In theaters in late 2016, the film is directed by the renowned filmmaking team of Ron Clements and John Musker (The Little Mermaid, The Princess and the Frog, Aladdin).
In the ancient South Pacific world of Oceania, Moana, a born navigator, sets sail in search of a fabled island. During her incredible journey, she teams up with her hero, the legendary demi-god Maui, to traverse the open ocean on an action-packed voyage, encountering enormous sea creatures, breathtaking underworlds and ancient folklore.
“John and I have partnered on so many films—from The Little Mermaid to Aladdin to The Princess and the Frog,” said Clements. “Creating Moana is one of the great thrills of our career. It’s a big adventure set in this beautiful world of Oceania.”
“Moana is indomitable, passionate and a dreamer with a unique connection to the ocean itself,” Musker said. “She’s the kind of character we all root for, and we can’t wait to introduce her to audiences.”

GENESIS RODRIGUEZ HAS CONFIRMED THAT HONEY IS LATINA!!!!

!!!!

"We were trying to figure out what kind of accent Honey would have, and one time I would go in with an accent, and another time I wouldn’t, and we figured out that when she said ‘Hiro’ it was going to be in Spanish, with a little bit of Spanish words."

Kristoff not needing words.

One of my favorite things about Kristoff is how he doesn’t say, or doesn’t want to say what he’s feeling, but his emotions are clear as day.

He doesn’t need to say that Anna is becoming less of a chore and more of a friend, his smile shows it.

He doesn’t need to say that he’s worrried about Anna, he shows it through is gestures.

He doesn’t need to say that he thinks that Sven is right, because his face says it all for us.

He doesn’t need to say that he needs Anna in his life, his actions show it all for us.

He doesn’t need to say that he loves Anna…

Because everything he does shows that it’s true.

Not everything needs words to show how a person is feeling and what they are thinking. :)

"Woah…"

NO BUT LOOK GUYS.

So in this scene, the trolls are dressing up both Anna and Kristoff to get troll fully married right? With big leaves, sticks, crystals, very noticeable, heavy things right?

But then Kristoff gets distracted by how beautiful Anna looks. But while he’s looking at her, she’s looking back at him while laughing. He immediately looks confused and worried. Why is she laughing? An I wearing something weird? Do I have something on my face? And he looks at himself then finally remembers that he’s covered in leaves, and dirt, and sticks. He then looks back at her and smiles, embarrassed.

Don’t you get it?

Kristoff was way to distracted by Anna’s beauty to remember that he was covered in heavy, dirty, nature clothes.

He was so distracted by her own beauty that he wasn’t even paying attention to himself. I just love it when she laughs at him. :)
